Mavicade terms of service
Owner/legal review fields: Effective date, governing law, venue, warranty language, liability terms, and Mavicade LLC's registered business address require owner/legal approval before public publication. This operational draft describes the rules for using the service.
Authorized use
You may use Mavicade only for a tenant and account you are authorized to access, for legitimate business purposes, and in accordance with these terms and the rules of any connected service. You must provide accurate enrollment information and protect your account, invitation links, tokens, and connected-client access.
Accounts, invitations, and tenant authorization
Access can require an invitation, verified Google sign-in, tenant enrollment, OAuth consent, and an enabled tenant application. An invitation is intended only for the named recipient. Tenant administrators control tenant application access, and Mavicade enforces the intersection of user, tenant, client, scope, capability, and Tool permissions. Installing or describing a plugin does not grant access.
You must not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass an access decision, use another tenant's identifiers, or attempt to expand the permissions in an issued token. Mavicade may deny or revoke access when an account, integration, grant, or use is unauthorized, unsafe, expired, or inconsistent with these terms.
MCP Tools and tenant data
The current central Mavicade MCP integration provides tenant-authorized Tools for reading Agent Profile, sourcing, collection, listing, and product information. These Tools do not create, edit, or publish tenant business resources. Some marketplace-backed reads record operational usage and quota-accounting events.
You are responsible for reviewing Tool inputs and outputs, protecting information returned from your tenant, and using it only for authorized purposes. You must not use the service to probe other tenants, scrape at abusive volume, evade provider quotas, or collect data in violation of law or a provider's terms.
AI-generated output
When native AI is enabled, model output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular decision. It is assistance, not a substitute for qualified human review. You are responsible for checking source evidence, marketplace status, prices, rights, and other material facts before purchasing, publishing, or making legal, financial, employment, or business decisions.
Tenant policy controls the allowed model, Tool set, privacy routing, execution limits, and budgets. You must not attempt to bypass those controls, extract secrets, inject instructions that exceed your authority, or use generated output for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
Marketplace and other third-party information
Marketplace listings, availability, prices, images, seller information, and links come from external providers and can change without notice. Mavicade does not control those listings or guarantee that provider data is current. Your use of Google, OpenAI/ChatGPT, OpenRouter, model providers, eBay, Microsoft Azure, or another connected service is also subject to that provider's terms and availability.
Availability and changes
Mavicade may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with provider or legal requirements, manage capacity or cost, or protect tenants and the service. External dependencies, maintenance, connectivity, quotas, and provider failures can make a Tool or AI feature temporarily unavailable. Do not design a safety-critical or irreversible process that assumes uninterrupted service.
Revocation and termination
You can disconnect the integration in the connected client. A tenant administrator can revoke a user's access or disable the tenant application, and Mavicade can revoke OAuth access or suspend use for security, misuse, nonpayment where applicable, or violation of these terms. Revocation does not require deletion of records retained for tenant operations, accounting, security, or audit.
Support
For connection, sign-in, invitation, access, revocation, AI/MCP usage, or privacy help, visit Mavicade support or email info@mavicade.com. Include a description of the issue, but do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, invitation tokens, or other secrets.
